Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy:

• We ship products anywhere in the United States and Canada.
• You can trust your order will be quickly proceed and safely shipped. Items in stock will ship within a day from our location in Lodi, NJ by UPS ground, unless you request rush delivery via UPS next day, 2^nd or 3nd day.
• If your order exceeds a weight limit of 500 pounds, we recommend a “common Carrier” to save shipping cost. There will be an additional cost for inside delivery, lift gate or limited access.
• Free standard shipping on order exceeds 1000 pounds, some exceptions may apply.

 Return Policy:

• We at Master Pak, Inc. guarantee best quality and service. Our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction.
• If you are dissatisfied with your order for any reasons, please contact us immediately.
• You have 30 days to return an item from the time you purchased
• To be eligible for return, it must be unused, in the same packaging and the same condition your received it.
• You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping cost of returning products
• For non-conforming product, sample must be sent for review and testing to issue a return authorization.

Refunds:

• Shipping costs for returning products are non-refundable.
• If return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card or original method of payment.
• Refund will be less the cost of shipping.

Cancellations:

• If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. You cannot cancel order if it has been shipped, however you can return.
